David Mercier, President and CEO

David has 40 years experience in sales, marketing and management. He's been with Generation Residential Homes since 2014. Previously he held positions of sales and management with several Fortune 500 companies and he has a bachelor's degree from Iowa State University. He has been the Palm Springs market for over 10 years and in the Denver market for over 25 years.

Sondra Mercier, Vice President and CFO

Sondra (Sonny) brings nearly 40 years of real estate experience to the team. This includes extensive experience working with commercial real estate in the areas of sales and appraisal. In addition to providing appraisal services for private and public clients, Sonny works with the design and materials selection for the residential renovations completed by Generation Residential Homes.

Diann Johnson, Realtor

Diann Johnson is a Rancho Mirage resident and specializing in mid-century architecture and modern design. Along with her interior design knowledge, she has over 16 million dollars in sales through out the Palm Springs area. Her market knowledge is highly sought after by both buyers and sellers. She is known for her tireless work ethic, friendly personality, and excellent negotiating skills. Having a large international clientele has refined her levels of communication. She is an agent with the Paul Kaplan Group, which is now apart of Bennion Deville Homes, for the past six years.
